Cellulite is well known as those lumpy fat bulges that you can’t seem to leave behind, no matter how much exercise you do, or how much you diet. Cellulite typically has a dimpled cottage cheese or “orange peel” look.

Cellulite is an extremely common condition. If you do have cellulite, then you are far from alone – as many as 95% of women have cellulite. It is far less common and afflicts only 10% of men. It is more common with age although, in some cases, girls can begin to develop cellulite as young as the teens.
